Jenell led the project “(Re)Imagining the Post-Pandemic Classroom,” funded by the University of California, Irvine’s School of Education’s Inclusivity, Diversity, Equity, and Antiracism (IDEA) grant program. The project served students, staff, and faculty at the University of California, Irvine, and was dedicated to improving the community’s experiences with an emphasis on inclusivity, equity, and antiracism.
Jenell led a longitudinal study of elementary teachers’ self-efficacy for teaching science in the years following high-quality professional learning. This study reinforces the need for follow-up support for teachers to sustain the effects of large-scale interventions and students’ college and career readiness. [Read more]
